Mme Lucy Eta Bate (MBA)

Mme Lucy Eta Bate is a distinguished academic and practitioner in the field of business and human resource management. She holds a Master’s Degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School, Italy, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at EMAS Business School, Russia.

In her professional capacity, Mme Bate serves as the Director of Administration and Finance at FUNIC Cameroon Higher Institute of Entrepreneurship and Technology, where she oversees critical financial and administrative functions that support the institution’s mission. Additionally, she is the Secretary General of the Association for the Promotion of Decent Work for Women and Girls (ASSPRODEC), advocating for gender equality and improved working conditions for women and girls.

At FUNIC Cameroon, Mme Bate also imparts her knowledge as a faculty member in the Business and Management Department, where she inspires students to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.
